| General
Conditions The
most important terms and conditions which apply to
all Gardenia Tours rental vehicles are listed in the
following information. We are always at your service
to answer any questions about additional terms and
conditions and there will always be information
provided when booking.

General

Minimum age
21 years. |
|

Driving
license valid for 2 years. |
|
4 |
The payment
is carried out at the time of the assumption
of responsibility of the vehicle in cash.
The payment by credit card approved is
accepted with additional 5 %( Banking
commission on bank cards). |

The
guarantee is mandatory by print of the bank
card, print returned after restitution of
the vehicle, and could not be useful for a
prolongation without prior agreement of our
agency. |

The
guarantee is 15.000 to 20.000 DH (either
1300 to 1740 euro) or failing this cash
deposit equivalent or the deposit of the
passport for the non resident in Morocco.

The tenant
is responsible on the road as well as on the
parking. |
|
4 |
The tenant
must return the vehicle in the same state to
his delivery. |
|
4 |
Only the
driver indicated in the contract is allowed
to drive the vehicle. |

4 |
The use of
the vehicles on not tarred tracks is
absolutely prohibited. |
|
4 |
The minimum rental period is 1 day. 1 day is
interpreted as a period of 24 hours. Included in
this 24 hour period is the time wherein you collect
and return the rental vehicle. |

One way rental must always be confirmed in advance
and costs are determined by the vehicle being left
behind. Most of the time there is a minimum rental
period of 3 consecutive days required for a one way
rental. |

The vehicles can be delivered or recovered to the
place of your choice. (Airports, Hotels, Stations,
etc...) |

Our rates

The
insurance covers the unlimited damage
against the thirds according to the
regulation in force in Morocco. |

The civil
liability for the tenant and the driver,

The damage
of the vehicle is not covered on production
of an accident report in the 24 hours. |

For any
accident, if you are not at fault, you will
not pay anything. The property damages
remain with the load of the customer within
the limit of frankness, when this last is
faulty. For any accident, a report is
obligatory. |

Long term
rental |
|
On request,
very advantageous tariffs for any rental of
more than one month. |

The daily
tariffs are calculated on the basis of 24
hour. |

The weekly
tariffs are calculated on the basis of 7 day
consecutive. |

Hiring with
driver: |

supplement of 150 Dirham per day. |
